THE PRODUCT.
My approach to photography is pretty simple. I guide you towards pretty light and let the moments unfold. My goal is to connect those little moments into a collection of images that tell your story. Your pictures will make you smile and maybe even cry a little bit. My hope is that years from now you'll look at your photos and breath in the memory of your kids when they were little, your beloved on your wedding day, your first days with your baby; and you feel a sense of home.
THE EXPERIENCE.
When we work together your experience will be genuine and the photos we create will be honest. I work with individuals, couples and families in their homes (best for newborns) or on a planned adventure outdoors. I keep things simple and allow the moments to unfold, with a just a bit of guidance when it’s needed.
Hi, I’m Caroline!
I’m so glad you found me.
I’m a New England transplant, but have lived in Colorado most of my life. I’m deeply curious about humans and nature. My photography background is rooted in my love for storytelling. I studied journalism in college, but it was inside the darkroom where I spent most of my time.
When I first started turning the camera on my own family I discovered that the most honest photos were those that were not staged. There is a familiarity and attachment to the photos of my girls that remind me of a sweet spot in life. My passion for photography grew from the the emotion I felt for the photos that I value so much today.
Whatever stage of life you find yourself in, I’m here to help you celebrate it. My approach is gentle, friendly and a little silly; my style is natural and honest, storytelling. My hope is that our time together feels fun, and that your photos bring you a lifetime of joy.

Whether you are planning a big party or sneaking off for a mountain elopement, I’m in and ready to give it my all. I come prepared to document all the big parts of your day, and anticipate the little unscripted moments as well.

Lifestyle Family Photographer
Time moves fast. You don’t want wait another minute to schedule your family session.
Family photo sessions are designed to be fun and stress-free, kind of like a family play date! My style is natural, honest storytelling. All sessions include an online gallery, professional editing, full-resolution files + printing rights.
Weekend availability is limited between June and September.
30 minute session locations are in Boulder / Louisville.
Discounted mini-sessions are available twice a year. Follow me on IG or Facebook for date announcements.

These are great for a special family adventure in the mountains. We find epic Colorado mountain views and play in the snow or picnic at sunset. These sessions capture the amazing landscapes that surround us in Colorado. Perfect for families visiting Colorado!

These sessions happen at home or at a trailhead or park. We spend an hour together capturing portraits in gorgeous light and also playful moments together to capture who you are as a family. Plan for early morning or just around sunset.

30-minute sessions check all boxes for the family combinations you want. These are best for updating your family photos at home and gifting the grandparents. These sessions happen in Louisville and Boulder with limited weekend availability.

2025 SENIORS! IT IS YOUR TIME TO SHINE!
Senior sessions include two locations and 2-3 outfit changes. A planning session is highly recommended so that we can create an experience that is fun, meaningful and customized to fit your personality.
Sessions include an online gallery, two rounds of editing, printing rights, and formatting for the yearbook.
Cost for 2025 senior sessions is $550.
No print purchase required, however, products are available to purchase through the online gallery.

Before we get started, let’s make sure you know what to expect. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to share more about my approach and want to set clear expectations before we meet for your session or wedding.

For weddings and family lifestyle sessions my approach is to tell your story. To do that, I look for little moments and connections. I believe that the unscripted moments will hold the most value ten years from now. I try to achieve this by noticing how my subjects interact with each when I’m not taking their photos, and offering prompts that are more “feeling” than forced. My editing style is true to life, but with a little pop to the color.

My family and senior sessions take place at a park or trailhead in the Boulder / Louisville area. For families with newborns or younger kids, I’m happy to come to your home to document what life is like for you in your own space. If you are outside of the Boulder area, please feel free to reach out to discuss options in your area if you plan on booking a full session. For my 20 minute minis (these take place on one designated weekend in the spring and the fall) I select our meeting spot and schedule back to back sessions. For most high schools the yearbook photo is due at the end of October. Sessions should be scheduled sometime between July and early October to give you plenty of time to plan for your photos and then pick your favorites for the yearbook. For more information on senior sessions, please see my senior page with the 2025 senior guide. Also, fill out more form so I can get you even more information and we can get you booked! I love working with high school seniors (and I have one this year!)

Absolutely. I am insured and hold permits for any of the areas that require them. I’ve been doing this for 15 years and running a legit business is very important to me.

I’ve always been a Canon girl since I was gifted a film Canon Rebel for my high school graduation. My system is dual slot mirrorless with both adjustable and prime lenses. I have all the lighting gear for situations that call for it. I try to travel light, however, I have everything I need to be prepared for any lighting curveballs that come my way!
